Aman Sium
Aman Sium is interim vice president, Experience and Transformation, and also inaugural chair of the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) task force at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. Aman and his teams partner with the hospital’s community of children, youth, families and staff to co-design novel programs and services, research and policy, and direct care experiences. He oversees hospital teams spanning quality and safety, collaborative practice, patient experience, as well as transitions and community partnerships. He holds an interest and expertise in the intersections of client and family-centered care, health equity, and human-centered design. Aman is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Social Justice Education at the University of Toronto – Ontario Institute for Studies in Education.
